K&P is a creditor’s rights law firm which advocates for creditors in a variety of industries.  Whether acting like a collection agency by making calls and sending letters or as a fully equipped law firm in complex contract default litigation.  If you have received a letter or call from our office, we invite you to contact us today so we can try and help you resolve your account.
You may contact us by phone at the toll-free number provided on this website, you may mail payment or you may use our free payment portal.
Your account number is listed on all communications sent to you from this office.  We can also provide it to you by calling us at our toll-free number.
For all clients we can accept debit cards and checks either mailed in or prepared over the phone, we also accept money orders.  For some clients we are not permitted to accept credit cards as payment of a debt, so please contact us to determine what arrangements we can make to help resolve your debt. For large or immediate payments, we can also help arrange a wire transfer.

Please contact us immediately as we are required to halt our efforts pending bankruptcy proceedings.  Please send or call us with your attorney’s name and contact information, if you have one, the complete docket #, the district court you filed in and the date of filing.

K&P is not a furnishers of credit reporting information.  We do not directly notify the credit reporting companies of your payments or satisfaction of your debts.  If the creditor who K&P represents furnished information to the credit reporting companies, it is their duty to report accurate information representing your partial or full satisfaction of a debt they reported.
Generally speaking, Yes, K&P shall provide you notice that your debt has been settled or satisfied once you have honored the terms of any agreement we made with you to resolve the debt.
Yes, you may contact the credit bureaus for any reason concerning a debt or account listed on your credit report.  See below for information on contacting the credit reporting companies.
